A Minna senior magistrate,Christy Barau has described inspector Gbenga Safiyu as a mere monster who failed woefully to protect his 13 year old daughter but instead, put her in a family way.
Lamenting the inspecto's incestuous act, the magistrate sentenced him to 22 years imprisonment.
